Oil Gear Pump (FTX)

Fluid Tech Systems offers “ROTOFLUID” Model FTX, a highly efficient and economical lubrication oil gear pump. This positive displacement rotary gear pump is available in both flange and foot mounting types, ensuring flexibility for various industrial applications.

The pump features a single helical shrink-fitted gear pair with hardened and ground finished shafts. Supported by ultra bronze sintered bushes, it ensures smooth operation, long service life, and high performance. The design is compact, reliable, and suitable for continuous duty applications.

Monoblock versions are also available, offering easy portability, space-saving installation, and eliminating the need for alignment with motors. These pumps operate up to 10 kg/cm² pressure with flow capacity ranging from 2.5 to 350 LPM, handling viscosity up to 1,00,000 SSU and temperature up to 200°C.
