Fuel Injection Internal Gear Pump (FIG)
Rotofluid Pumps is a leading manufacturer and exporter of Fuel Injection Internal Gear Pumps and LDO Pumps in India. The “ROTOFLUID” Model FIG is a high-precision positive displacement internal gear pump designed for accurate fuel transfer and pressurizing applications.
Manufactured from graded cast iron, the pump features nitrated gears and shafts with close tolerances to ensure long life and reliable performance. It is flange-mounted, self-priming, and capable of generating strong vacuum through the cavity between gear teeth. The modified gear profile ensures accurate capacity across varying pressure ranges.
Designed for handling fuels such as LDO, HSD, diesel, and light oils, the pump operates up to 35 kg/cm² pressure (30 kg/cm² recommended for continuous duty). It supports flow capacity from 60 to 6000 LPH and can operate at speeds up to 2800 RPM. Mechanical seal ensures zero leakage and high efficiency.
