Crusher Gear Oil Pump (FTCP)
Fluid Tech Systems offers “ROTOFLUID” Model FTCP, a highly efficient gear oil pump specially designed for crusher machine applications. Built with a robust two-piece cast iron construction, this pump ensures durability and reliable performance under demanding conditions.
The FTCP pump is equipped with spur profile carbon steel gears shrink-fitted on hardened and ground alloy steel shafts. Supported by four self-lubricated sintered bronze bush bearings, the pump ensures smooth, vibration-free operation and long service life.
This pump can operate in both directions by simply changing the inlet and outlet port positions. It delivers pressure up to 15 kg/cm² and operates at temperatures up to 80°C, making it ideal for heavy-duty lubrication applications.
