Bronze Gear Pump (FTGM)
Fluid Tech Systems offers “ROTOFLUID” Model FTGM, a specially designed bronze (gunmetal) gear pump ideal for paint and color transfer applications. Engineered with precision, this pump ensures smooth, efficient, and leak-free performance in demanding industrial environments.
The FTGM series features a gunmetal cast construction for the pump casing and SS-316 material for gears and shaft, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and long service life. The gears are nitrated and designed with a double helical profile to prevent axial load and side thrust, resulting in improved performance and durability.
The pump is equipped with “GFO” pack Teflon sealing to ensure zero leakage operation. It is suitable for handling paints, colors, and similar viscous fluids with reliability and efficiency.
