Bitumen Jacketed Gear Pump (FTRBJ)
Fluid Tech Systems offers “ROTOFLUID” Model FTRBJ, a heavy-duty foot-mounted positive displacement Bitumen Jacketed Gear Pump. Designed specifically for handling high-viscosity fluids, this pump ensures smooth and reliable transfer in demanding industrial applications.
The pump features a three-piece construction for easy cleaning and maintenance. Equipped with double helical (herringbone) refined gears and hardened ground shafts, it eliminates axial load and side thrust, resulting in improved efficiency, reduced wear, and longer service life.
The jacketed construction allows heating through steam or thermic fluid, making it ideal for fluids that solidify at room temperature such as bitumen, asphalt, wax, and molasses.
